Exosomes

Exosomes are nano-sized extracellular vesicles (approximately 30–150 nm) naturally released by cells and play a key role in cellular communication and tissue regeneration. Exosomes are enclosed in a lipid bilayer and carry proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids that help regulate skin repair, reduce inflammation, and support collagen production, processes that become disrupted with visible skin ageing. In medical aesthetics, exosome-based solutions are used to support skin regeneration, improve skin texture and tone, enhance hydration, and strengthen overall skin health through targeted regenerative signalling.
